More Power Than Ever

Four 6-watt diodes are used to create the powerful laser. These are bundled using FAC technology. FAC stands for Fast-Axis Collimation, i.e., bundling the different light sources aligned parallel to each other onto a single point by means of a converging lens. The compressed laser diodes increase the power to 22W which can cut 15mm wood with one pass.

The Falcon 2 allows you to create more in less time thanks to its incredible speed. The engraving speed for Falcon 2 is 25000mm/min, increasing the productivity for you and your project.

Groundbreaking Integrated Air Assist

Unlike its predecessors, the Falcon 2 is equipped with an integrated air assist no need to buy and install accessories. manually adjust the air assist steplessly through the knob, or it can automatically adjust the airflow through LightBurn, to remove smoke and protect the laser lens, bringing a cleaner result.

Triple Monitoring Systems

The processing of workpieces with a strong laser must of course take place under certain safety precautions. The Falcon 2 engraving machine offers three technologies for this.

Airflow Monitoring: The airflow monitor can remind the user whether the airflow is sufficient.

Lens Monitoring: The built-in lens contamination monitoring system triggers an alarm when the lens is dirty to a certain degree to prevent the lens from being destroyed or producing unclean cuts or engravings.

Flame Monitoring: When a flame is detected, the indicator will flash red with an alarm and the machine will stop immediately.

Five Safety Protections

• 1. Bidirectional Limit Switch: If the laser head hits the boundary, the machine will stop automatically and a buzzer will sound an alarm.
• 2. Active Stop Function: The machine will stop working in case of accidental tilt, flip or drop, with buzzer and indicator sending alert.
• 3. Security Lock Design: Professional use only.
• 4. Emergency Stop Button: If an emergency occurs during operation, you can also manually stop the machine immediately.
• 5. Laser Protective Cover: Made of high efficiency colored filter glass material, the protective cover around the laser head will effectively prevent the laser from dazzling the eyes.
