Shipping in Belgium and throughout Europe
SLICE3D delivers your parcels anywhere in Belgium and the European Union, simply by selecting your carrier directly from our website. As our offices and warehouse are located in Belgium, parcels can be delivered within 24 hours in Belgium and 48 hours in Europe.
Shipping costs include preparation, packaging and postage. Preparation costs are free, while transport costs vary according to the total weight of the parcel.
FREE DELIVERY FOR ORDERS OVER €200 IN BELGIUM AND FRANCE.
We recommend that you combine all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges will apply to each of them.
Your parcel is sent at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items. Boxes are appropriately sized and your items are properly protected.
DELIVERY problems
Customers are informed that delivery times are given as an indication when they choose the carrier, at the end of the online ordering procedure, before confirming the order.
It is specified that the deliveries will be carried out under thirty (30) days maximum. Failing that, the customer must ask SLICE3D to deliver within a reasonable delay and in case of non-delivery within this delay, he can cancel the contract.
SLICE3D will refund, without excessive delay from the reception of the cancellation letter, to the customer the total amount paid for the products, taxes and delivery costs included, by the same payment method used by the customer to buy the products. SLICE3D is responsible until the delivery of the product to the customer. It is reminded that the customer has a three (3) days deadline to notify to the carrier the damages or partial losses noticed during the delivery.
N.B.: Although we make every effort to respect the delivery time indicated, it may unfortunately happen that our service providers deliver later than their commitment for various reasons (strike, accident, bad weather, etc.). In such cases, we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of a parcel. These delivery times are given for information only and apply to all deliveries.
