PVC (polyvinyl chloride) is an easily machinable and common plastic polymer with high hardness, chemical resistance, and great insulating properties. PVC is a popular choice for manufacturing and is used for advertising materials, casings, and office equipment.

Plexiglass (PMMA, polymethyl methacrylate, acrylic) is used mostly for art, jewelry, or optical applications. Its a mostly opaque plastic that comes in a wide variety of colors and textures. It features good hardness and stiffness, low water absorption, and exceptional UV resistance.

Moreover, it presents great damage resistance and is waterproof. Dibond is mainly used for outdoor signs, advertising displays, or casings.

HIPS (high impact polystyrene), another addition to the advertising materials bundle, is a sturdy plastic that presents high impact strength, great thermoforming capabilities, and is easy to glue, paint or print.
